Deanna’s Desserts is a local bakery making amazing desserts. Deanna wanted to rebrand her bakery business – going from Couture Confections to a fresh new look and name – Deanna’s Desserts. Deanna’s original design was very dark and it was hard for her to find packaging that matching her original color choices. This fresh new look of bright white on top of Robin’s egg blue makes the perfect pallet choice for her business. She can find white stock of any type of packaging and her Robin’s egg blue labels truly pop against anything.
After we nailed down the color pallet, I started to create the beautiful overlay. The lacey affect you see along the border of her labels is actually her custom logo repeating. Deanna and I wanted a soft, feminine feel to her design and this repeating “DD” along the edges of her label creates that soft effect.
Deanna also wanted to have a soft launch of her new brand. I created marketing materials like business cards, flyers, menus and small and large labels for her gift boxes. Deanna truly has an eye for details and it stands out in her fresh new logo design.
